SALMON and HALIBUT Let's go fishing for a couple of days and stay in a waterfront hotel and marina. We are based out of Tahsis on the west coast of Vancouver Island (2 hours west of Campbell River)
We offer all inclusive packages with meals, lodging and fully guided fishing. I always tell my guests to bring a very large cooler to bring the fish back home. 20 to 30 hookups a day on the water is not uncommon. Get signed up as we are booking fast for the season.

We have been organising salmon fishing charters for over 20 years in the Vancouver area. We fish for Chinook, Coho and Sockeye salmon. All our boats are located close to all the major downtown hotels. We offer 5 and 8 hour fishing trips as well as weekend adventures to fishing grounds further afield. The skippers know all the 'hot spots'! We can accommodate small family groups and large company fishing derbies. All our charters include the boat, fuel, skipper and fishing gear. The skippers will also clean and pack your catch. Fishing licenses are extra. To make your trip effortless, we can also provide all your food and beverages.

Slivers Charters Salmon Sport Fishing is reporting the 2006 season for sockeye chinook and coho as being very good in The Port alberni Inlet, Barkley Sound, and West Coast (Ucluelet). Halibut fishing will also be fantastic offshore. Sockeye will enter the Alberni Inlet beginning In late May and will begin schooling in the middle of June. Chinook and Coho will feed as they migrate in Barkley Sound beginning in June with The Robertson Creek Hatchery fish arriving in early August making their way to the inlet by mid August. Port Alberni and area is expecting a baner 2006 season.
